OUR TEAM
Stuart Forbes Associates was established in 2005 by Stuart Forbes after a 15 year career, working on a number of highly acclaimed projects, at Richard Rogers Partnership (now Rogers, Stirk, Harbour and Partners) including the Millennium Dome and major international Airports to Heathrow Terminals 1 and 5.
Together with a talented group of young architects Stuart Forbes Associates has grown into a dynamic practice which prides itself on the delivery of high quality architecture.
Located in Fulham, South West London, the practice’s extensive portfolio of works ranges from residential to hotels, restaurants and commercial buildings and masterplans, spanning the complexities of high-profile international projects, to the bespoke nature of direct ‘client end user’ appointments of individual houses and apartments.

Under Stuart’s helm, Stuart Forbes Associates has gone from strength to strength.
Stuart’s personable and enthusiastic demeanor, combined with his vision and skill in interpreting a client’s brief, and his utterly professional approach to running a project has meant that the practice has experienced great success and continues to expand in both numbers and experience.
Stuart’s design philosophy underpins the approach on all projects within the practice and is characterised by solutions which are calm and uplifting, with an inherent respect for the quality of daylighting and the inter-connectivity and flow of spaces.
Stuart has a deep appreciation for the aesthetic and his roots are firmly in Interior Architecture – having been the subject of his first degree. Although his early career saw him mainly working on big architectural projects the focus of his own practice over recent years has seen a return to specialising in high-end interior architecture and design.
His collaborative and passionate approach to both architecture and interiors means the SFA team are confident and creatively supported to produce exceptional designs across both architectural in interior projects.
