Our appointment for this project was to reimagine Hearth, the open-fire restaurant at Heckfield Place, expanding the open cooking area, bringing the act of live flame cooking into the heart of the space and enhancing the connection between diners, food, and the fire.

OVERVIEW
Working closely with Skye Gyngel and her team, we reconfigured the space to integrate the new larger fireplace at its centre, with a layout that encourages a more intimate, sensory dining experience. The design focuses on natural materials and timeless finishes, reflecting the ethos of Heckfield Place while creating a tactile, warm atmosphere.
The result is a restaurant where architecture and cooking come together creating a distinctive experience centred around the fire.
