Client Quintain Developments

This project focused on regenerating 44 acres of land in Wembley, an area designated by the Mayor of London as an ‘opportunity area’ in the London Plan. Working alongside RSHP the goal was to create a modern, vibrant urban destination, with the National Stadium at its heart.

OVERVIEW
Our role in masterplanning was pivotal in shaping the vision for this dynamic space, which now features a mix of high-quality leisure, retail, business, and residential facilities, transforming the area into a world-class destination. A key element of the master plan was the creation of a major new public route connecting Wembley Central Station to the stadium and extending beyond to Wembley Park Station. This route enhances connectivity and creates a seamless flow of visitors between key locations.
Central to this development is Arena Square, a space we designed to be a dramatic, lively hub for seasonal events and cultural activities, providing a vibrant backdrop for public art, street performances, and large-scale events. It also serves as the perfect foreground to Wembley Arena, one of London’s premier music venues. The project has successfully revitalised the area, offering a cosmopolitan space that will be in continuous use, serving both locals and visitors alike.
